I'm really dissatisfied with this app. First, it doesn't show the keyboard to type the OTP which means we have to rely on the app itself to enter OTP for us. Second, when I tried to deactivate my account permanently, it didn't read the OTP for 'some reasons' and I'm stuck with this app. Also the AI of this app is too unhelpful, but that doesn't matter much. Now I am even unable to delete my bank account details. HELP!

I believe a recalibration is in order for the new Android 16 update. Was working fine, but as soon as the OS update was complete, it was not working at all So, did a factory reset on my phone. However, this time, the app won't keep open. It's crashing at the login screen when entering the phone number, and directing towards the help URL. Even if I do not enter anything to see if the OTP request is triggering such issues, it seems the crashing is happening even when in idle mode.

The app’s error handling needs significant improvement. Whenever something goes wrong, it often displays technical language or a generic message like “Something went wrong” instead of clearly explaining what actually happened. Users should be told whether the issue is caused by the app’s server, their internet connection, an outdated app version, or some other specific problem. Clear and actionable error messages would make it much easier for users to understand what to do next.
